We have all the info that Trotter is
looking for - when do I need to have it ready for
them?
As for intergovernmental agreements
- we have done these before with the county and different vendors - I don't
know if we have one currently with Kane county and Trotter - I will call

for me to get the District’s
1) entire mapping in ArcGIS Version 9. Let me know
your schedule.
2) I will need elementary boundaries, high school
boundaries (assuming he will
also need MS)
3)and all planning areas in shape file
format
4)as well as hard copy versions of all mapping currently
available.
If she could bring that info to the kickoff
meet I can get started moving in the right direction.

Also please let me know if the District has
an existing intergovernmental agreement with Kane County GIS Technologies.
